i have come to realize that,
the presence of tummy is
almost on every one's body!
this is quite shocking.
even though when the person
is not-so-fat,and he/she still
has that.
why not try the following steps?
either to prevent tummy from
forming, or to let ur current one
being even bigger?
no discrimination is done here.
pls dont mistaken my point.
LOL
1.everytime when u still feel there's
food in your stomach,
(well i could feel that, dunno if u guys
could), DO NOT BATHE.
bathing with a stomach with food will
only cause ur tummy to be bloated,
and causing the formation of the
big word "TUMMY".
2. well, if u do feel tired easily,
and when u feels hungry u will eat
till u are FULL, its time for u to
get some minimal exercises.
if u are staying at high-storey
place, GOOD NEWS !
try climbing up instead of taking the
lift! walking and strolling arnd
could also be a form of exercise.
JUST DO IT, u dont wanna see that 'thing'
coming out when u sit down,
and ppl start staring at it.
3. for those who alr has it,
try doing some abdominal exercises
such as SIT-UPS!
sit ups are meant to train the particular
area of our body.
u know u wanna have got a flat
stomach, why cant u just have the
determination?
starting out the first step WILL be
very difficult.
but i assure u, that aft the first step,
every thing's seemed to be easier!
trust me.
control wad u eat>
stand up and move around>
maintain this for every day.
stop doing nth to let it worsen
and bcum bigger.
